We appreciated the response to my comments in the previous survey. The follow up from this will certainly ensure our continued use of Tanunda service section, and when upgrading our car in about 2 to 3 years we will go to Jarvis Ford.We really appreciated the personal phone call from Jodie in relation to our service requirements and the effort she went to rectify our previous concern with our Ford Territory.

I wasn't expecting my car to be cleaned so thank you for that. I really appreciated it. Also the courtesy lift into (and from) the Mall. The whole experience, from driving in and being met right away, escorted into the desk, offered a coffee and a comfortable chair for a short time while waiting for the courtesy bus, the friendliness of the courtesy bus driver, etc. etc. It was a little overwhelming in some ways. I'm just not used to that level of service. So, thank you, keep up the good work.
