This is the first time have bought a car from a dealer (63 years of age) but needed a car in a hurry as my Camry blew up! and needed to sort out transport quickly as elderly parents were relying on me for transport. Years ago i would have said .... its too expensive, and would have just walked away and found something cheaper. But, I can say this purchase has worked out well for me now, and am very happy with it all. This is the make and model, and colour of car that I wanted, but I was very cautious proceeding with any purchase due to recent Airbag recall issues with certain models of these vehicles. I was happy with the pre-sale check and any reparation / reporting of Recall issues supplied (also Toyota VIN Tracker).
Your salesman Aaron was very helpful, and he has excellent Customer Service skills ( I've done the training too). And I appreciate all the extras. He explained 3 year warranty and roadside assistance that were offered to me, and i understand the value in all of that. And he never pressured me, or pushed for a decision. I will certainly take his advice, and make decisions accordingly.

Having bought my Subaru XV at Jarvis on West Terrace and always taken "her" back there for service I have complete confidence in the services provided. As an elderly client the courtesy and consideration of the staff is especially appreciated.. The waiting area - and I do wait - is always clean as are the facilities. The added touches of papers, tea, coffee drinks etc. is also a "nice touch". As for the actual servicing of my vehicle I have always been satisfied and the work carried out explained to me properly by the desk attendant taking charge of my car on the day. Thank you.

All the staff at Clovelly Park were extremely helpful and friendly. Work took a little longer than I expected BUT it was a major service so it was quite reasonable and the staff kept me updated on the progress. Because I live 1.5 hrs away, they ensured that everything was done as quickly as possible and even washed and vacuumed the car (unexpected but a nice surprise).
The only reason I gave a 9 out a 10 is that I rarely give a 10 in surveys. Overall I was quite pleased.
