I have never had a negative experience at Jarvis Norwood. I am usually served by Marcus who always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am informed and dealt with professionally and courteously. I cannot recommend him and the service department highly enough. Thank you Marcus.

The staff in the front office are just so helpful every time I come, big job or small the service is the same each time.

Car was booked in and finished by my requested time. Fantastic to have it cleaned as well. much appreciated.

I was offered coffee and helped myself to 3 in the three hrs. Once service was finished, i was handed a bottle of water by Simon to ensure I was not dehydrated.

During my morning, I misplaced my mobile phone, left behind as I left.

Adam answered my frantic call at approx 5.30pm and put my mind at ease, my mobile was there. I asked if he could have it couriered to me and I would take care of fee once delivered. He gladly promised he would do that for me.

At approx 6.30pm the person at my door was Adam, he did not find a courier who could deliver it that night, so he brought my mobile to me instead.

He lives quite far from my home, and I appreciate his thoughtfulness as I care for my father and my disabled son and would not be in a position to go collect it myself or have any contact with anyone without.

This was my first service and I am very impressed with the assistance and caring. Thank you Adam, Simon & team.
