Staff treated me as a valued customer when I returned my car for a factory recall. This is the second time I have had my car in for a factory recall, on the last occasion despite the large amount of work done, my car was ready when I was told it would be and it came out sparkling clean. So this time when Subaru told me my car needed another part replaced I decided to get a log book service done at the same time. The service was done at the agreed time, the car feels great, it was cheaper than the last mechanic and I wasn't sold any unnecessary bits and pieces. I'll be getting all my log book serving done at Jarvis from now on.
