Nick Dear Palma was hands down the reason I purchased a Toyota vehicle. I had been looking at similar priced SUV's from other brands when I decided to look at the Rav4. I initially test drove one at another Toyota dealer, however the service I received on both occasions was average to say the least. This really put me off and I thought I'd go with a different brand. Coincidentally, I had to travel to a different location for work and on the way home I decided to take a quick look at Jarvis Toyota. Nick greeted me with a genuine smile and no pressure service. I made an appointment with him then and there to test drive the Rav4 the following night, but mentioned that the CHR Koba also caught my eye. Nick arranged for the Koba and the Rav4 (in the class I was interested in) to be delivered to Jarvis so I could drive both. The following evening Nick spent around 3.5 hours with me going through all the features of the vehicles, patiently listened to my pros and cons for each vehicle and went through all the optional extras. At no time did I feel the usual pressure you get at dealerships, and to be honest that is why I decided to purchase my car in the end. 

Nick has incredible passion for service and his attention to detail is second to none. Even when I took delivery of my vehicle, Nick came in on his day off to ensure that he could personally hand the car over to me and set up the Bluetooth etc. This kind of service is rare and I really appreciated it.

Nick made the experience of test driving, purchasing and taking delivery of my new car such a pleasant experience and I will continue to spread the word to my friends, family and work colleagues.
