My main reason for giving a 10 is because of the sales person John Wood. He has been the best person that I have dealt with in buying a car. He was not intrusive or pushy and gave me the time to make my decision, however when I needed to know something he was very prompt to get back to me if he didn’t have the answer at hand. He didn’t pretend to know the answers to all my questions but he did the research and got back to me. I have been wanting to buy the 79 cruiser for a while now and John was the only person to ever get back to me when he had one in stock so I could check to see that it would suit all of my needs. I would happily recommend John to any of my friends or family if they were looking to buy a new Toyota as I am sure they will get the same great experience as I had.
