Easy, very welcoming, early book-in on the day with servicing clearly explained and costed for approval. Provision of 'office facilities' so that I could stay and do some computer work. Excellent hospitality (made and carried a coffee upstairs for me) and check-in service with periodic personal up-dates on servicing process by Mitchel. Well done.
