Could not fault the service I was given by ALL the staff at Jarvis. I shall return to purchase another vehicle after enjoying this one for the next few years.

My car was in for a normal service, tyre rotation, wheel alignment, which was usually 2.5 hours, but because there was an electrical issue which the mechanic did a first rate job of detective work finding and fixing the prob, I was there 4 hours, but it was my choice to wait, next time I will pay for a courtesy car, I also found Cathy very helpful and professional during my stay. Servicing me with bickies and a barista level cappuccino.

If we could score more than 10/10 we would of scored 20/10. Thank you to all the team at Jarvis Subaru that helped us purchase our daughter her first car.

I always take my car to Jarvis because the staff always treat me as a valued client. Yesterday was no exception. A significant service for my vehicle with lots of additional things that I needed done as well. The car was finished ahead of time with all jobs completed. Service from Jordan on the day was fantastic. He keep me informed throughout the day of what had been done and what needed to be done.
