I usually opt to wait and take work with me to do. I find a comfortable spot and am truly appreciative of the air conditioning and coffee as I set to task. I am given an approximate time for the work to be completed and the staff keep me informed on progress. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, another reason for the score. From Peter meeting, greeting and introducing to the desk clerk, then their going through the task to be done and ensuring comfort and progress reports , and finally the presentation of the clean, serviced car and assurance that all the work has been covered. I was a tad disappointed in no ‘coca cola’ in the fridge as has been available previously, but enjoyed a lovely cold water. It was an extremely hot day.

Not only was it a great experience Lewis gave us a great price. He did not sell forcefully which really said something about looking out what was great to us. He bent over backwards to find us a good deal. We came looking for a second hand car and left with a brand new car. Thank you so much.
