Gianni was great, very friendly. Not pushy or anything. The whole process was really easy. Saw the Impreza on Thursday. I had a trade in. By Monday I was in my new car. 3 year warranty and RAA is great. Richard from the service department, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Jarvis Kensington.

Having dealt with another dealership recently, in my opinion Jarvis are doing all the right things in relation to monitoring service due dates, communication and relationships i.e. the work done even before the service.

At our last service, it was a nice surprise/reminder to have the car cleaned - it was absolutely filthy and was cleaner than what the $20 brushless job would have produced at the local car wash.

A complimentary drink (water) on departure was a big winner this time as the wife was suffering a headache. We rarely take-up this offer but sometimes it is exactly what you need.

Car was serviced in what seemed record time this time around, which saved us a lot of time within the day.
