Attention to detail regarding repairs that we requested. Excellent assistance from Wayne with negotiations, bringing the vehicle to Victor Harbor for us to trial, and assisting with delivery of vehicle to us.

I wasn't expecting my car to be cleaned so thank you for that. I really appreciated it. Also the courtesy lift into (and from) the Mall. The whole experience, from driving in and being met right away, escorted into the desk, offered a coffee and a comfortable chair for a short time while waiting for the courtesy bus, the friendliness of the courtesy bus driver, etc. etc. It was a little overwhelming in some ways. I'm just not used to that level of service. So, thank you, keep up the good work.

I think for me it is because everything is 5 star. The work done on the car is a bit beyond me. I just trust that it's right. The car drives well, so all is well.

However, the process of getting the car service is outstanding. The staff, the place for me to wait and even the bathrooms. When I wash my hands you have warm running water. David Jones used to have that in the city, but that got turned off years ago. Don't give up on doing the things that set you apart and people will always feel special.
