As usual helped me out with all my questions and concerns. I was needing a replacement part that I couldn’t find anywhere else and the parts department kindly did everything they could to source me one small bracket with out having to purchase a whole assembly which I didn’t need. Very professional and will always be using Jarvis to service my Toyota.

I was highly impressed by your service team. I arrived around 9 am last Tuesday with a suspected worn clutch on my Diesel Forester without an appointment. As soon as I drove in the concierge recognised I was an interstate visitor and could smell the burning clutch. He introduced me to Matthew who efficiently determined if you had parts in stock and prepared an estimate. While the estimate was much more expensive than I was expecting he explained the parts and labour required and predicted the job could be completed by the following evening. Matthew ensured the mechanics managed to remove the gearbox for inspection that night and due to a seized bell housing nut the work was completed the following night so that we could collect the car at 7.30 am in order to return to Victoria. The car was returned in a clean condition after being covered in Kangaroo Island mud.
