Also they cleaned my car inside and out which felt as though I got new Nissan they never cleaned my car when went there for a repair. I definitely will be selling my Nissan and buy Kluger in near future due to cx service and reliability of Toyota cars

Excellent customer service - Catherine is amazing!

I phoned on a Thursday requiring a small part to be replaced (under the bonnet). The person I spoke with was very helpful and booked my car in for the Saturday morning. I arrived early, was greeted by the woman I'd spoken with on the Thursday, and offered a coffee. She updated me on the repair and parked my car where I could easily exit the property. When I got into my vehicle I knew something was different, it wasn't until I'd driven off that I realised my car had been washed and the interior front vacuumed!
