There was no pressure to put down deposits or talk about finances until we were ready. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the Skoda brand and provided information that was easy to understand and refer back to. The finance side of things was taken care of with ease and we were supported the whole way through. Nothing was too big of an ask. They talked to me as an equal buying partner (wife) - I have experienced at other places the sales person talking directly to my husband and expecting him to 'translate' the jargon. This was not the case at this dealership. Overall, we were able to test drive multiple cars and bring the kids in to test them out too as we were concerned about the size of the car as they grown into teenagers. My husband was able to do a lot of the background work and bring the cars to me at work and then I could come in ask my questions of staff after I finished. This made the decision very streamlined. Overall, a very good experience.
