Early quick check-in; reasonable time-frame for the service; able to use your complimentary office facilities while I waited. The receiving desk officer made me a very good of coffee; the exiting officer answered all questions I had an d gave a good account of all the work done. Full marks to everyone.

Loan car very nice. Pity you are so far away from my home at Port Elliot. It was a trying day, but fortunately all staff made it easier than it could otherwise have been, particularly at the end of the day when I inadvertently left my back-pack in the office and it was delivered to Jarvis Ford on Portrush Road so promptly enabling me to get home relatively early!
