When I brought my car the other day, a mechanic greeted me and showed me towards the service area, where Tim assisted me. Tim has always been thorough and professional in his dealings, and has helped on many previous occasions.
I come all the way from Mt Barker to have my car serviced and while an inconvenience, it is more than made up for by the courtesy and professionalism of the team.
I had a loan car which was incredibly helpful to me.

I find the customer service at Jarvis Subaru West Terrace, Adelaide to be exceptional and have told my family as much after my recent service. I live remote, about 950km away from Adelaide and traveled to Jarvis especially for a service and protective paint spray. Due to a miscommunication the protective spray was not booked and I was initially told that it could not be completed for another month, something that was simply not possible for me due to the travel distance involved. The service manager worked his magic and got my service/protective spray booked all within the same day saving me a huge headache. I find that the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond, facilities are exceptional and the shuttle bus is very convenient. Thanks very much.

I am a qualified and Toyota experienced mechanic but I am still happy to have my Aurion serviced at Jarvis Toyota, Tonsley workshop. I find the staff and their service excellent. Having Toyota dedicated technicians with their up to date experience and resources is important for the longevity and safety of the vehicle. For example, the current oil cooler hose warranty issue was only brought to my attention by your staff and they are currently organizing to rectify the problem. This is clearly an example of the benefit of good Dealer Servicing.
