Excellent, professional and reliable service and staff.

Cathy was great the whole time that I was there. She was run off her feet & in my opinion could have done with some help. She explained everything that was required & the appropriate costs at each point. Would most certainly recommend her for praise from your management.

As always, staff very helpful, loan car for the day, and car returned in excellent condition.

Service Manager Tim is one of the best. Very courteous and product savvy. Went out his way to make sure that my Karoq was attended to and that I was kept in the circle about the status of the works. Don't lose him. The sales staff as I found before were very good and most helpful.

Staff were great in the explanation of what they were doing and what they ended up having to do.

Friendly, knowledgeable and generally enjoying their job which came across to me.

Very happy with clean of car and service time. One staff member showed me an interesting car, and another showed me an element of my car that I wasn't aware of!

The combination of good service, a loan car as arranged, our car was washed and they finally found the cause of a rattle the car has had since we purchased it.

Staff were friendly and prompt and looked after me well. With the offer of the beverages considering it was a very hot day that I brought my car in! 

I wanted to tick many reasons for my 10. The Staff were polite professional happy to provide a ride home & later to come & collect me ( both of which I appreciated very much as my walking is limited) rang me during the day to check on progress, & finished in time. My “ chauffeur” was delightfully gentlemanly hurrying to open & close my car door. Great service all the time during ‘service’.
