It is difficult to put one's experience under one umbrella. Suffice to say, Brett was just so gracious and did everything possible to make this important decision as smooth and pleasant as one could hope for. Just delighted with the Renault Clio. The service took extended time to complete due to a minor issue. The service staff kept me updated on the progress and explained the issue. Although I had to wait a couple of hours I was impressed to see the mechanics doing their best to ensure the issue was resolved and even more impressed that the service staff and the salesman (Aaron) stuck around past end of day until the vehicle was ready.
