My visit to Jarvis Ford, Gepps Cross was very pleasant. I had done my research on the car I wanted and the price I would expect to pay for it. My expectations were met:
* friendly and helpful staff
* reasonable trade in price for my previous car
* reasonable price for the car I bought
* car was detailed to perfection
* tank full of petrol
What more could I ask for? In particular, I would like to thank Neil Westley and Ash for their customer service in making this a pleasant experience, nothing was too much trouble for them.
