I don't think the car was washed but it was cleaned inside. The staff were very helpful & friendly - especially Richard on the service desk. Also, I would like to commend Blake who drove us into town - it was not easy with all the detours due to the recent car race, but he was very courteous & a very careful driver.

When I brought in the RAV for service yesterday ,everything was explained; all work to be done was fully explained, and I was surprised how good a deal the "fixed price servicing " is.

When picking up the car upon completion, once again, all work done was fully explained and I got a full breakdown on the current condition of the vehicle. Most impressed.

(I also have another Toyota from Jarvis that had recently run out of service warranty; when I took it to my local mechanic near my employment (convenience) for a regular service, the mechanic stated that it is rare to see a car that had had all required warranty servicing items done to it; "very rare" was the comment. I was impressed that Jarvis had done all required work; it gives me confidence and well done!).
