Always happy with my service experience at Jarvis. Car always ready on time, staff communicate when extra issues arise, and car is always returned clean.

Staff kept me updated and informed during work done on my car. They were also able to schedule a service and had a 'can-do' attitude when I needed to leave my car at the service division for an extra day.

We purchased our Everest in Darwin, through Hidden Valley Ford and had bad experiences with their service team. This left quite a sour taste in our mouth, hesitant to utilise Ford genuine servicing again. We moved down to Adelaide and reluctantly booked into Norwood Ford dealership in Trinity Gardens for a service. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff and their conduct towards us. They are very prompt with the service and pick up time. The courtesy service to get me home was a great initiative and appreciated. This has reinstated our confidence with Ford and would happily recommend them. 

We were helped by Cathy who kept in touch with us regarding the issue with the vehicle. The service was prompt, and we are happy to have our car back before the long weekend, as we said to Cathy that we needed it for towing our caravan.

A very sincere thank to all the Jarvis Team members who looked after myself and my Forester XT on some warranty work that was performed with the usual outstanding and excellent service from Jarvis Subaru.

Service was completed before estimated time and car was washed and vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise and service was friendly.

The staff on the two occasions I have visited, have been helpful, friendly, professional and resolved the issue at hand as well as checking for any other issues with the vehicle. I would highly recommend.
