I can not put enough praise on the staff. I must admit that I have pestered them with numerous questions regarding the functionality that my Skoda Kodiaq has and they have really gone out of their way to answer some of them.
I had my car serviced and Tim was very helpful explaining and taking care of everything.
I want to acknowledge Antonio Caruso who has been soooooo helpful explaining the functionality of my Kodiaq, going to the extent of making a video showing how different functions work and emailing it to me.

I was served by Cathy when I brought my Ranger in on Monday 20th April. When I returned to pick the vehicle up I was also served by Cathy again. The service was routine, but I did have an issue with my mobile phone and the Rangers Sync 3 Bluetooth in that Sync did not recognise my mob phone and therefore I was unable to connect it to sync.
Cathy added this to the service sheet, and service staff attended to this issue. When I returned that day to pick the vehicle up Cathy arranged for a staff member, Serena to attempt to connect my phone to sync. There was still a problem so Cathy booked the vehicle in for the following day to have Sync updates done. Unfortunately it looks as though my mob phone was incompatible with Sync.
On Wednesday I had a courtesy call and text from Cheryl in regards to the service and this survey. I mentioned to her about my mob phone issues. She made enquiries re the Ford Sync web site relative to all phone compatibility to Sync. She confirmed my mob is not compatible and emailed the link to me. Both Cathy and Cheryl were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. They went above and beyond with my particular problem and should be commended.

Overall the experience purchasing our new Skoda Kodiaq was great. The sales staff were friendly and commanded an excellent technical knowledge of the vehicle and its functionality. From the point of meeting the sales representative (Kostas) my wife and I both felt relaxed and unpressured in our selection. Both Kostas and Peter were on hand for an extended time as we considered our options having test driven a number of other cars before looking into the Kodiaq. Out of all of the dealers we met with the people at Skoda Hillcrest by far exceeded our expectations. All the way through the process we were kept informed and the delivery was also excellent with Kostas taking the time to explain a number of additional things about the car. We will certainly recommend Skoda to others both from the overall car value for money and the service provided by your team.

All of the above: car is always cleaned, I generally get the courtesy shuttle to work, it is always finished on time, staff is always great and I get my coffee when I leave :)
