Khalil, took very good care of me, showing me to the Skoda Showroom waiting area, instead of having me sit in the service area. Checking up on me on the hour to make sure I was ok, and even got me a coffee.

I had mentioned I thought there was an tiny oil leak and Khalil brought me to the Service area to see the suspect area and it was explained to me by the service technician, it was just grease to prevent damage. So all good.
