My experience was positive with all of the reasons above so I selected other to have the chance to say that. From the moment I parked my Everest I was met by a very friendly gentleman holding a clipboard and greeted me and said good morning Paul (he must've seen my registration number on his list) and he escorted me inside and handed me over to Tim at his desk. There was no waiting, it was swift and friendly at the same time. Tim greeted me and while getting details also engaged with me and we had a great chat and we were talking about my time in the Army (I'm not sure how we got on the topic but it was a genuine interest and fluid conversation) and then he mentioned he had a "nice little car" for me as my loan car. We went outside and what a MASSIVE SURPRISE to see my loan car was a MUSTANG!!! I was so grateful to have the chance to drive such a beautiful car that I must admit I've considered buying one previously. I was able to complete my daily tasks and in style and actually diverted twice to visit family and show them the awesome loan car, they couldn't believe it same as myself. My car not only had the service but the paint protection completed and just after 3pm I received an SMS text message saying my car is completed and ready for pick-up. I was very grateful that the service and paint protection (at another location) was all done and dusted in such good time allowing me to avoid the peak hour traffic. My car has been cleaned so well it looks great and it is obvious there was a great deal of attention to detail in and outside the car. Tim was fantastic from start to finish and I'm not joking when I say this, I'm looking forward to the next service. Great job all, very thankful for all of the above.

There was a mix up with the booking and a incorrect quote for the service provided over the phone. However when I arrived Tim made sure I was still able to get the car serviced and then when I picked it up he looked after me and was extremely professional throughout.

Also due to the Covid 19 situation, I was able to delay my service by a couple of months without affecting my warranty arranagments. An added bonus was that the car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

The Team at Jarvis Ford were so great with helping me find the car I wanted. I had a previous deposit down at a different dealership and the team at Jarvis better'd the offer. Andrew was great with showing me how the car worked and all the gadgets inside, Andrew also responded to my msgs regarding the car during out of office hours, which is great from a customer service perspective.
I did not feel pressured at all by Andrew and his team and the experience at Jarvis Ford was enjoyable.
