I can not fault any of your staff. Bob Reilly was exceptional as was all of your staff, from the moment I arrived at gepps x with my daughter and 2 and a half granddaughter they gave her toys to play with and coffee for us. they were all great people.

You can buy anything from anyone, but the difference is the people you are dealing with. I found the guys (Peter, Greg, Anthony and Rebecca) at Jarvis Hillcrest were very friendly and easy to deal with, they seemed to go above and beyond and I didn't even buy a brand new car. Sales people friendly and helpful. Stephen Loi very knowledgeable about model and range. More than happy to explain features even after purchase. Showroom functional. Staff seemed genuinely interested in customer. Follow up phone calls courteous and appropriate. Did not feel at any point that either Stephen or Damien where being pushy when trying to make the sale. Accommodating and flexible in terms of trade-ins.
