I couldn't fault the service. I read some bad reviews online and was unsure if I should have my car serviced with Jarvis or not. I realise there are always 2 sides to each story so decided to ignore some reviews, very happy I did! Due to moving interstate, this is the 3rd Ford dealership I have had my ute serviced at and is by the far the most professional, customer centric dealership I have dealt with.

Gianni was excellent when dealing with us. He helped us with great advice and service which is why we decided to buy the car with your dealership.

John is an absolute rockstar. I'm now on my third car with him (in less than a year) and he'll be my go to guy moving forward.
