Alex was happy to organise the car from another site to be brought down for us to test drive. Nothing was a bother. Very knowledgeable about the car brand and cars generally. Both Alex and Monique were keen for us to feel 100% sure of our choice and not feel rushed. So the day we picked up the car had to be good one for us and they appeared to be keen for us to get that wow reaction when we picked up the polished car. While a Subaru key ring Monique gave us was lovely gesture from them to say “we glad it worked out for you”. After having our original car stolen and needing a replacement, both these people made sincere effort to match us with the ideal car.
