Everyone was customer focussed--from the fellow who greeted me on arrival, took me though to the customer service area and introduced me to Arturo. Arturo himself was a dream--not only on managing the arrival and checkout business for the service of my car but he made the best coffee evah!! And then there was Matthew, the courtesy bus driver--another gem in the team. All excellent customer focussed team players. Thanks fellas!
