Good to deal with honest people!

My sister in law & her husband placed order with the another dealership, I would have bought from there had they had the experience I had with you guy's. As I go with relationships a lot (old school).
I thought that you are in the Barossa that your business model would be a good one, well you exceeded my expectations.

The overall experience with Jarvis was amazing when buying our car. From the second we contacted Jarvis about a test drive the customer service was great. Tim was always ringing to update us and then from the second we walked into the yard we were greeted and ready for our test drive. We didn’t feel rushed and we’re able to take our time looking over the car and asking any questions we had. We decided to buy the car and Tim ensured he did everything he could to help support us to get to the dealership on pick up day and this was super helpful. We then had an issue which meant the car had to come back for a repair but during this time the contact from Tim was so reassuring and made us feel so comfortable and confident that he would have it fixed as soon as possible.
I would buy from Jarvis Ford again purely based on customer care (as well as how much we love the car).

Not only was the salesman's knowledge of the car particularly good but if he wasn't sure of something he included me in his learning. I felt free to explore the car's detail and find out for myself how the car worked. The test drive was fantastic and gave me a positive feeling about the purchase I was about to make. I will be going back to Jarvis Skoda when I am looking to buy my next car.

The overall experience from initial contact to completion, professionalism is the keynote. I am 71 and have never experienced a service experience provided by Jarvis from anyone else. It is also important to know exactly how much you are going to pay and what will be covered. As always, well done!

Had problems with brakes and brake disc and leaking aircon gas, everything was fixed, very happy with the repairs.

I enjoy the whole atmosphere at West Tce - people are experts and friendly, giving good advice. Obviously customers need have to an idea of what they are looking for, but can go away and make decisions without pressure.
I love the Impreza and my new car is same model with more bells and whistles.
I appreciate in these times the time wait for the car to be made and arrive.

Peter the sales person was amazing from the time I expressed interest in a new car to delivery.He made sure my dreams were realised .Will was also great at going through the cars features.
