Everything from the phone call to book in, to the Freddo frog and air freshener at the end, was impeccable. Every staff member was professional, friendly and treated me like family (a good family, that is!!). I was offered coffee or water several times, kept updated about where the service was up to, and given clear feedback about the service report (the most important bit). Your customer relationship and service is a stand-out and I would like to thank Tim in particular...he made me feel like the most important customer in the building ????????????????????????????????????????

Really friendly and helpful and the showroom and work shop are always clean and inviting for anyone who enters.
We told the guys we had an issue with the car and it was resolved straight away with no questions asked. The guys at skoda are so helpful and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Overall good experience but really it was a lot of things. Maria was amazing every step of the way and really made the experience wonderful. Everyone at the centre was wonderful and personable when discussing my car and options. They were very patient with all my questions and covered everything very well.

Service was completed very efficiently as they knew I was waiting - so grateful.

Staff as always were professional. Everything that needed to be done was down thoroughly including extras that would I not have been aware of. My car feels and runs like new, washed, vacuumed and with everything mechanical checked and taken care of so I know it is working well

Along with friendly and helpful, and the car was cleaned - which was a very nice touch.
In addition a long-standing underlying issue with the engine/exhaust was picked up during the original planned repairs and fixed - which was also very much appreciated.
