From the start to finish, everyone helped to make it a great experience, even though there were speed bumps (not from here but a previous dealership) I drove away a very happy man, in a beautiful new car.

We had multiple delays with production and delivery of our wildtrak from ford however I really appreciated the ongoing updates and regular communication from our sales consultant Sean keeping me informed with the whole situation. Sean, Jarred and the team also did everything they could to arrange for us to pick up our ranger wildtrak very quickly when it was delivered. Very excited after a long 12 month wait to finally have our wildtrak.

I've been taking my car to another Ford dealer to get serviced before this service and the service from them was minus 10 out of 10 and that is why I came to Jarivs. The service at Jarvis was excellent, on time, cleaned my car and above all delivered on what was promised.

Michael's Customer Service was exceptional!
I needed extra work to be done on my car and he explained the detailed diagnostics of how to find and fix the problems. I was also very impressed with the videomail sent to me of my car while the technicians were working on it to verify what needed to be fixed.
When I picked up my car Michael explained every process that was done and also made a note of what needed to be done before or at the next service eg new back tyres & front suspension(so I can budget for those things) Also my car was washed & vacuumed! Special mention to support team for making me a hot chocolate & asking if I needed a lift into the city(even though I had missed the last drop off!) My car is running so smoothly thank you to the technical team for fixing the car on top of the service! (Air con. New brake pads & battery, & finding the suspension problem!

Car washed and clean. Very helpful. Drove me into CBD and picked me up when I was ready, as I am from the country in a wheelchair. I appreciated the assistance.
