It was unexpected that I was going to buy a car as I was getting my Liberty serviced. A car which was my husbands and then given to me. Absolutely loved it as it had everything I could possibly want in a car. My next car was always going to be the Forrester Subaru. Love love love it. Just had my 300.000klm service done on my 2015 Forester XT.
The Jarvis Team gave the good oil on what was about to be done and then they let me have a complete health check on my car.
Report card was a grade A excellent for the cars age and mileage, thanks in no small part to Subaru engineering in the first place and then the Jarvis Service Team looking after may XT all these years. It is really quite simple, you get back in spades what you put in, enough said.

Easy to deal with and good communication

We had our car serviced today (Rego S783CCU) to replace a drive belt. We would like to emphasise the very good service provided by your staff particularly Rik who was polite, accommodating and provided very good service. He also made the effort to provide me with a work area whilst I waited for my car and prepared a coffee. My car was ready within the hour as Rik said they would do the work ASAP. Again appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jarvis Ford for their car service.
