Upon arrival, all staff were very helpful and friendly. I was travelling with my 10month old and a big pram but the staff offered and assisted me with a courtesy shuttle into the city (saving a 35min walk). When returning the staff were lovely in assisting me get bubs back safely into the car (pulling all the way up to the front door). I was even given a nice cold drink when we arrived back. Car was lovely and clean and all parts of the service were explained to me in detail. Thanks Jarvis Subaru for making what was a somewhat hesitant trip into the city with a baby (at Christmas time), a very easy one.
