I have to say I am very happy with my experience. From a very enthusiastic welcome at the car park and a very good attention from the service team everything was such a good surprise. I must say I was a little bit unhappy about the hourly rate for my car diagnosis, however it was a good surprise having my car washed, and again a very friendly and nice staff when picking up my car to the point that I felt I paid a fair price for a service that went beyond my expectations. I have booked again to have my car repaired and I think it was mostly because of how good the service level was. Congratulations to the team, you can see the committment to be remarkable to the customers!!
