I had some damage to the underside of the car rear splash guard. The person in the spare parts determined the correct part, ordered it from Melbourne and quoted the installation costs. I had a very short time frame to have this part fixed as I was travelling to Queensland seven days later. The part came from Melbourne and was installed in six days. A truly impressive result all round. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism form all involved at Toyota. Well Done

Excellent service... and while residing in a new location and building yet completed.
Note: I rated it a 9 which I believe is as close to perfect as anything can be - I don't believe anything on earth can be a 10, there must always be "wriggle" room to advance.
One the day the service desk was clearly busy with customers yet an additional rep. could proactively see from the rear service floor (via large windows dividing customer service from the mechanic service area) that additional customer service was needed at the customer desk.
This rep. approach me with relevant paperwork (and light humour). Questions such as differences between front and rear brake thicknesses for a Hybrid Rav4 were explained in laymens terms.
All this happened quickly but without the feeling of being rushed.
The car cleaned inside and out was a bonus.

The whole customer experience was amazing from meeting me in the driveway, finishing at the time stated and the extremely needed 2 bottles of water.

To start with they were very accommodating with fitting me in for a service. On arrival I was welcomed and dealt with promptly and asked if I’d like coffee or water. They went through everything that would be done to my car and asked if I had any issues which was great as I did with a warning light coming on. I felt like I’d no sooner dropped the car off and it was ready to go again. Staff were amazing and very friendly. I’d definitely come back again.

The process of having my car services was very easy, from the reminder and pre-arranged booking to the friendliness of the staff. My car was ready on time and was lovely and clean when picked up. It runs smoothly and was thoroughly 'checked by service staff.

We got the car we wanted, Andrew was very knowledgeable about the car and could answer all our questions, flexibility with test drive times and a bag of chocolates at the end
