Always happy with the treatment I receive from the staff. Car is returned on time washed and vacuumed. Just very happy with Jarvis Ford. Love the new premises.

Staff were amazing, made sure my car was serviced really quickly as it was a hot day and I had my baby with me. They called me to let me know the extra costs of parts that needed to be added too so it wasn't a surprise when I went to pick it up

Nothing was too much trouble to assist in any way. I chose to wait for my car to be serviced and in that time noted that every customer was dealt with promptly, professionally and efficiently. The car was returned spotless. Well done!

Test drove a Skoda Fabia on Saturday the welcoming and super hospitable service was great. I had the please of dealing mainly with Sam Al Ali and think his customer service skills were of such high standard. Sam made me feel welcome as this was a new experience for me and as a woman I have always hesitated going into a male driven industry into car dealerships. Sam is obviously good at his job I bought the car I test drove and drove out with it 5 days later. The atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience for me an enjoyable one. So thank you.
