Jared was friendly, professional and helpful in all his dealings with me. He said the car would most likely be ready by 12 pm and true to his word- he called at 1140 am to say the car was ready. He also made sure the car was hand cleaned rather than being put through the new machine which could have worsened the crack in my front windscreen.
