From the lovely young man who drove me into the city whilst my car was being serviced to Riley the service counter "guru" everybody was polite, helpful and courteous. Riley particularly was extremely helpful - I felt he went over and above to help me to achieve the outcome we both needed - i.e. serviced and safe to drive vehicle.
