Staff were very helpful and easy to deal with and did what they said in the timeframe planned.

The service experience was seamless, the team were professional and friendly. They walked through what they were going to do, talked through my concerns of the car and got me underway quickly with the loan car. The loan car was clean and well looked after. I was quite impressed with the video taken taking through what they did and especially when they showed me the front-end boots and why they were noisey. On my return they walked me through what had been done, talked in detail on how they fixed my concerns I had raised, and overall it was a very professional outfit from your dealership. So far one year in the whole team from sales through to service has been a great experience and Ill take this into account when Im looking at another car next year.

I parked on the wrong side of the service entry. A friendly young man with black curly hair came out and drove my car around to the correct side. Lexi behind the desk was very professional, organised and friendly. The entire staff and experience was great. The managers of this Jarvis should be extremely proud of their team. Great job.
