Myself and any guests I brought felt very welcomed at the Jarvis Toyota showroom and it was lovely dealing with the same people and seeing familiar faces. An additional touch I really liked which was different from the rest was that John W drove the car around the block first before giving me the keys for a test drive. I think that’s a lovely personalised and luxury touch. It was wonderful working with John W and Robert R for my first and very memorable car purchase.

Mistake made with booking day, still able to get the car in, made every effort to have car available on time for school pick up. Very polite and kind. Car wash also great.

Garry was amazing - he provided me with all the information I needed, resolved an issue for me immediately, went above and beyond - truly professional and lovely to deal with. Also didn't treat me like the "little woman" has come to drop her car off - which was refreshing to say the least. The surprise car wash was soooooo good - sorry the car was so filthy !!!

I believe it was Tim that helped me with my service. He spoke to me to explain the wait times for tyres not in stock, gave me options re loan car or sit and wait. Very professional and very helpful
