Andy was fantastic to deal with, he listened to my concerns and reassured me that during the service they would attended to. Furthermore, in regards to an engine air filter Andy noticed that it had not been fitted due my installing an after-market air filter, and offered me a refund; which I declined because I'm happy to keep the part, but I definitely appreciated the offer
