We took the car in for a routine service but then it was discovered there was a fault with the car. Denae was my contact for the service and she kept us up to date with what was happening, updating us on timeframes and progress. We live rurally so she arranged a loan car at no notice to get us home and even when we were home she kept us informed of the progress. Fabulous customer service on her part, and great too the mechanics discovered the failure and could fix it so quickly
