We have had a Subaru in the past and always found the service department to be reliable and efficient. We were happy to find a good used car at a good price at the dealership and look forward to being able to get is serviced at Kensington Road which is very conveniently located to us.

I visited Jarvis Subaru to initially get an overview of what was available and the costs associated with a new car; I was doing some research only. I was grated by Benedict, who clearly was there to help and assist. Nothing was too much trouble.
Benedict (and Steve) were not the typical pressure 'car salesman', they were there to help.
Both Liz (my Wife) and I felt comfortable, and not under any pressure to purchase a car.
Benedict was able to pre-plan and coordinate a tow-bar, and a turnaround time of 24 hours. Fantastic!
I was very happy with the financial deal, happy with the new car, very, very happy with the customer service.
Would I recommend Jarvis Subaru to my friends/family? Absolutely! I would strongly suggest that when contacting Jarvis Subaru (Main North Road) people ask for Benedict to look after them.

Jared went out of his way to get our new crosstrek in time for xmas. We signed for it Saturday afternoon and had it by Tuesday 9am with all the extras attached. He kept us informed of what was happening even on his day off. What a legend. Hi. All,
Booked car in for a 325,000 Klm service including a cvt transmission oil change on my 2015 Forester XT.
Asked the team to do a complete check of all the vehicle systems, so as to be road ready for the summer period.
All done and no issues reported other than a wheel alignment check, resulting in a minor adjustment.
