All staff involved have been amazing. From the person who contacted me to book me in (love this proactive service) and organised a complimentary loan car, to the entertaining yet professional employee who took my keys when I drove in to the girl that discussed what services were performed on my car. I feel awful that I don't remember their names, but the experience I get at subaru makes me wish my car needed servicing more often. Well done on providing such amazing employees who clearly love what they do. I hope you pay them above and beyond the industry standard because no other car company can boast about their service like Subaru Adelaide can.

The customer relations experience I received from Jarvis Subaru continues after I have bought the car. We were very impressed with the friendliness and product knowledge of the staff, continuing the experience we had when we bought the car. Brain was direct, he knew his product information, he was not pushy and very professional at all times, which made my experience a positive one.
When I test drove the Subaru, it was my 5th test drive/dealings with opporations that I was up to. So it was really clear that Subaru was a winner, due to car performance and Brain being professional.
Brain showed me what the car could do and we went for a reasonable test drive. Not like the other competitors who just went round the block!!
After dealing with another car company and test driving 2 of their cars, it became very clear who was most professional!!

My car was dropped off by my partner, however the Jarvis team kept me informed over the phone of what was happening and I was able to pay over the phone making it easier for my partner. Also I received a voice mail informing me due to the bad weather my car wasn't washed however I could bring it in at a later date to have it washed. Great customer service.
