Staff went out of their way to assist with arranging the servicing, which was made more difficult in relation to pick ups and drop offs because we have two young children with child seats in the car.

Not only did the manager get back to me the night I enquired about my new Swift but he got his amazing staff member Karina to meet me on a sunday (her day off) to go through the car with me! I have always had a good relationship with your Fleet Manager through the company I work for and am an ex employee of Jarvis. The whole experience was great, everyone is so customer focused. 100% confident that when I pick up the car all the work said to have been done was actually done. The work done on the car was to a high standard, the car was washed and the staff kept me informed via text messages as to how the work was progressing and when the car was ready for pick up. Overall a very professional and enjoyable experience.
