It's nice to go to a car dealer and the people are genuine. They want to make you happy, are not forceful or pushy with the sale. Communication was great, Karina new how excited I was and kept me informed about every little move.

Actual repairs were done as promised and with usual professionalism, however to me the real test of good customer service is the treatment when there is some follow up work needed. Brett and staff came through with flying colours. It was also nice to be greeted by Simon on a first name basis even though it wasn't his job.

The service provided by Nelson in the service area was great as he went out of his way to provide a friendly and supportive environment for my wife and I. He always makes sure that everything that has to be done to our vehicle is done with the utmost care above our expections, that's why we go all the way from Mildura. The staff were helpful and informative without being intrusive, things were on time as appropriate, queries were treated with respect and answered satisfactorily and it was a good experience, I live on the eastern side of town so will have the car serviced at your Norwood Service Centre.
