Buying a car from Jarvis was a pleasant experience. I was able to ask plenty of questions and was treated like an important client. I felt comfortable discussing car options and negotiating possibilities. There was frequent communication and follow up during the purchase arrangements. This was particularly important as this was a lease car arrangement. I would recommend this company to others and I would recommend Randy Morcombe as a contact person as nothing was too much trouble, his explanations were clear and he was clearly interested in making sure the customer was happy with their purchase.

We love dealing with James. This is the second car we have bought from him and he is always honest and open. I like to ring up and tell him what I want and he deals with it. If there are problems I don't want to know about it and James knows this, he makes it happen. When our current Forrester is due to be upgraded we will again buy from James. A great guy who always makes me laugh.

I fell in love with the car at first sight after having driven 9 different car brands. I was very impressed with the charm and professionalism of the dealer James who to me epitomised the perfect salesman (and after test driving 9 cars I feel qualified to comment on sales reps). The brand name "Subaru" also appealed, the colour choice was the best I've seen, the salesroom staff were friendly and welcoming and all in all the experience was hard to beat. And then of course test driving the vehicle and its comfort levels and stylish design made it impossible to go past. Also, a good deal was negotiated. Very happy all round.
