Jarvis made buying the car easy. A demo was brought out to our workplace for us to test drive and when we wanted to discuss buying a different model with additional features, Jarvis made the process easy by immediately contacting the supplier, determining the delivery date for our selection and choice of colours.

During negotiations there was no nonsense and we felt that Jarvis was working in good faith to give us its best deal without the run around.

Whilst we were waiting for our order to be delivered we were kept updated with the status of the order and anticipated delivery date.

We also appreciated the extras that come with buying from Jarvis such as the Road Side assist, offer of a loan car for servicing etc.

They asked when I wanted it, and I said "as soon as possible, as my wife will be arriving at the airport at 1.00pm, and she will have to wait for me". They amazed me by getting it ready in time for me to get to the airport and meet the aircraft, and everything had been done properly.

Unfortunately in this day and age, car salesman have a bad reputation of just wanting the sale. This was not the case when visiting your Gepps Cross showroom/yard. We were treated exceptionally well by all staff. If there was something our salesman was unsure of, he went straight to the Manager, and the Manager came straight out to us and addressed whatever the issue may have been immediately. All staff greeted us by name on the second visit and once again made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Jarvis, Gepps Cross, to any of my family and friends. They are a great team.
