The whole experience was professional and courteous from start to finish. As usual my car came out smiling after its service it was clean and shiny. The staff member also put the heating on for me so the car was nice and warm when I got in. This time I waited for the car to be serviced. The lounge area was clean and tidy, refreshments were provided and so too was wi fi. The time passed very quickly and within two hours of arriving I was out of there. Fast, efficient, friendly service all round makes a customer feel valued and want to come back.

The service was great and the sales reps where very helpful at Jarvis Ford Gepps Cross and Norwood. My Mum is only 4ft11inches and it is very hard to find a car suitable for her but the sales guys helped in every way to accommodate her needs. Thanks everyone for your help.
