Excellent customer care. I had two children with me & was going to walk home (we don't live far from Jarvis) It was raining & Michael got myself & our 4yo & 1yo home, we all stayed dry & Michael drove our ute back to be serviced, he rung when finished, did the credit card payment over the phone, explained in detail what had been done to the ute & then proceeded to drop off our ute, as our one year old had just gone done down for her afternoon nap. Michael was very friendly, helpful & considerate in his actions. Thank-you.

Impressed to be met in the morning by a valet holding an umbrella as it was raining who addresses me personally, this was a welcome introduction. Brett in Service was very helpful and explained the service, costs etc and offered me a lift which I didn't require.
Brett called early in the afternoon to advise car all ready, he explained the service fully when I arrived to pick up the car and was willing and able to answer any issue I had.

I brought my other car in for the first time recently and was so impressed that I thought I would bring this car in as well. Michael was once again very friendly and professional. He kept me informed through the day. When collecting my car the cost came in at the quoted price and even though it was a rainy day they took the time to wash my car for me. Salesperson Fab appears to be a genuinely sincere person and made the deal easy to understand and he was easy to deal with. I also liked the ability to test drive the car over a long distance with a mix of country and town driving. Fab was also able to explain certain aspects of the car such as the DSG gearbox. Also, the showroom presented itself as a quiet and relaxed place to do business. I also got the car I wanted.

My car was well looked after, all the problems seem to have been fixed that I was concerned with, The desk staff member (Adrian) who was in charge was lovely. Also the young staff member (Liam) who dropped me off and picked me up from work was very pleasant!

Neil was the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable car sales man we have ever dealt with. As a busy working professional myself I really appreciated being taken seriously by Neil as I had often not with other car sales men in other dealerships. It was worth his while as we purchased the car. I wanted to add that he took time out from his personal time to make sure we were well informed and got the best deal. We got door to door delivery of our car interstate in the time frame Neil had arranged with us. We got exactly what was described and more!!!

The team at the Jarvis Subaru dealership have always been polite, courteous and informative for all of my car repair and servicing needs. When my vehicle is due for replacement in March of next year, I will certainly be looking to Subaru and Jarvis on West Terrace as my first choice in replacement vehicle.
