I had booked a wheel rotation/balance/alignment in addition to my service but was advised when I came to collect my car that it was part of the scheduled service so they took that charge off of what I had been quoted when I dropped the car off. This honesty surprised and delighted me. I actually do appreciate the car wash/vacuum greatly as well. And another thing...
